Point of View
In his own words.
After nine years building digital tools for real estate, Sandro Medina takes a demanding look at his own profession.
His conviction: the broker’s profession still has much to gain from automation and process optimisation. Prospecting, in particular, remains in his view one of the most tedious tasks in the job — and one where the most time can be reclaimed to focus on what matters: the relationship with the client. It’s precisely this observation, forged during his years at Wild Dots and then Evo home, that pushed him to develop his own solutions to make that task easier.
Once a client relationship becomes open and genuine, I feel far more at ease — and it’s from those relationships that the best deals are born.
This relational philosophy guides the way he works: a clear preference for transparency and listening over selling at any cost. It also explains another trait of his career: the genuine pleasure he takes in advising other people or companies on their own development projects, beyond real estate — a way of staying intellectually engaged through solving concrete problems.
